Consent to the processing
of personal data
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data” dated 27.07.2006, I do hereby, freely, willfully and in my own interests, express my unconditional consent to Invividual Entrepreneur Maksim Alekseevich Donchenko, Main State Registration Number of an Individual Entrepreneur 311774635700884, State registration certificate series 77 No. 011769913 dated 23.12.2011 (hereinafter referred to as “IE Maksim Alekseevich Donchenko”), to process my personal data. Personal data shall be any information related to a specific individual or to an individual which can be identified based on that information. I am giving this consent to the processing of the following data to be entered during the payment process for the products and services at the website https://enterclass.com, or when creating a personal account at the said website, that is, the name, surname, patronymic, email address, mobile phone, place of residence, date of birth, as well as data from the short bio of myself, when I add the same to my personal account at the website https://enterclass.com.
This consent has been given to IE Maksim Alekseevich Donchenko for the purpose of performing the following actions with the data provided by me, whether using the automatization means or not: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, amendment (updating, changing), use, depersonalization, as well as performing any other actions provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, whether using manual or automated means.
This consent shall be effective until it is revoked by a notification to that effect sent to support@enterclass.com. In case I have revoked my consent for the processing of personal data, IE Maksim Alekseevich Donchenko may continue processing the personal data without my consent, should there be any grounds under paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data” dated 27.07.2006.
