How can I pay for a course?
It’s quite easy to pay for a course on the website:
• Click the ‘Buy course’ button on the page of the masterclass or course you’d like to buy
• In the window you’ll, enter the promocode, if currently there’s any special offer for the course (don’t forget to do it if you want to get a discounted price!)
• Click the ‘Choose’ button and the course goes into your cart. You can go on choosing other courses or go to your cart and to checkout
• When in your cart, enter your e-mail linked to your account or to the account of somebody you’d like to give this course to (for example, as a gift)
• Choose the way you’d like to pay for the course (bank cards or PayPal)
• Pay for your order

NB! If you haven’t been registered, your personal account will be created automatically at checkout for the email you’ve entered in cart. After the payment, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account, where you’ll be able to create a password for your account and check your purchase.
I’ve already paid for the course but now I can’t understand where I can find and watch it. Please help me, what do I do?
Lessons are available immediately in your account on our website (except for marathons and live streams, for which, dates when the lessons are open are stated on the page of your purchase). Here is what you need to do in order to watch videos:

1. Go to www.enterclass.com. In the right-hand upper corner. Click ‘Account’ – ‘Log in’.
2. In the window please enter your login (the email you’ve entered when paying). Click ‘Log In’.
3. After that, all you need to do is to choose the ‘My courses’ section.
4. Choose the course you need and there, watch the lesson or the part of the lesson that you need.

If it’s your first time on our website and you haven’t been registered at Enterclass, make sure you activate the link you will receive in the email with a subject ‘Account activation’. The email will be sent to the address you’ve entered at checkout. Remember that if you’ve forgotten your password, it always can be recovered!

If there are any troubles logging in your personal account or watching the lessons, please write an email to our support team: support@enterclass.com. We work even at the weekends!
What do I do if I can’t pay with my card?
When paying for a course or a masterclass, you can try using PayPal instead of bank cards.

If you still can’t pay for the course, please send an email to support@enterclass.com including your name and a phone number so that we can call you and promptly solve your problem.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
Sometimes it can happen that a person might not have an opportunity to pay for a course at once or using one card. In this case, it’s better to email to support@enterclass.com. Please include your name and phone number in the body in order to solve your problem even faster.
How do I use a promocode?
When clicking the ‘Buy course’ or ‘Buy masterclass’ button, you’ll see a window where you can enter a promocode (a sequence of digits and/or letters). After that, the amount will be decreased. Please remember that promocode for masterclasses and video courses can be used for a limited time.
Is there a way to get a discount at checkout?
The payment is standard, but sometimes there might be different special offers or discounts which might offer a discounted price for some courses and lessons. They are not permanent and more often happen:

• When new courses or marathons are launching;
• In closed groups or in the subscription list for current students.

Usually, special offers apply to courses without feedback.

If training is paid for by a legal entity, how do I get the closing documents?

Won’t there be any problem with payment if the payer lives abroad and has a euro or US dollars card, while the payment is in rubles?
We have students from different countries, such as Russia, CIS countries, Israel, Poland, Germany, USA, and so on. Usually, there are no problems.

How safe is it to use my card on your website?
Payment isn’t processed on our website. There are several payment systems linked to enterclass.com. Those payment systems have the certificate and process Internet payments. We use them as a service. Since we started working, there have been no issues with these payment systems.
I’m trying to pay but the payment isn’t going through – I get ‘Declined by the issuing bank’. How do I purchase video courses and masterclasses in this case?
This message means that the payment isn’t going through because of the bank issuing your card. This could be due to different reasons, for example:

• There’s not enough funds on your card,
• Internet transactions are forbidden for your card,
• There’s an error in card details, and so on

When at checkout, you can try to choose PayPal to pay for the course, or you can call your bank to get additional information. If you still can’t pay for the course, please send an email to support@enterclass.com including your name and a phone number so that we can call you and promptly solve your problem.
How can I buy a course or a marathon as a gift?
When clicking the ‘Buy course’ button, in the field ‘Whom should we gift this course to?’, you can enter the email of the person you’d like to gift the course or masterclass to. If this person hasn’t been registered yet, personal account will be generated automatically and the course will be added to that account.
NB! Please note timelines of courses and masterclasses (access periods for marathons and live streams are limited).
How can I check if you’ve received the money and if I’ve been registered to the course? I can’t find any information about the registration. The payment has been made on the website.
Upon successful payment, there must be a message to your email inbox confirming that you have access to the course, and it will immediately appear in your account at the website.

If that hasn’t happened, that means that:
1. the payment hasn’t been successful
2. you’ve logged in https://enterclass.com using other profile. Sometimes, our users, when logging in using different social media profiles, use different email addresses.

If the payment has been successful, but it has gotten linked to another profile of yours, please email to support@enterclass.com, and the course will be moved to your usual profile.

If you’re sure that the payment has been successful (you’ve checked that the money has been debited from your card or bank account), but the course is still not in your account, please write an email to our support team and provide payment information. Payment order or receipt will always have the following information: date and time, full name, bank’s or system’s name (WebMoney, etc.). We’ll send it to our accounting team and they will figure it out.
How do I use the cart?
• Choose the course or masterclass you’d like to buy, using the ‘Buy course’ button
• Add it to cart
• If necessary, click ‘Continue shopping’ and add to cart all the courses you’d like to buy
• When you’ve finished choosing, go to your cart (using the ‘Go to cart’ button or the icon in the right-hand upper corner), where you can see the information about the training programs you’ve chosen: price and term of study. Now you can delete the items you don’t need
• If you’ve logged into the website, you can proceed to checkout
• If you’ve not logged into your profile at the website or if it hasn’t been created yet, before payment, you’ll need to enter your valid email. For this email, an account will be created automatically, and all the courses or masterclasses purchased will be linked to that account

At checkout you can choose:
• Bank cards
• PayPal
I’ve paid for the course or masterclass but I won’t be able to use it due to force majeure. Can I get a refund?
We can return your money for a purchased masterclass or course, the amount of refund depends on the time when you inform us about the cancellation (all the information is included on the masterclass page). If you want to get a refund, please email to support@enterclass.com

How do I become a student at courses and masterclasses?
All you need to do to start studying at one of our courses or buy a video masterclass is to click the black button ‘Buy course’. After that, you’ll see a window where you’ll need to enter a promocode for discount (if there is any special offer at the moment), and choose one of the following:

Attendee – it’s a person who is studying without feedback. An attendee’s home assignments are not reviewed by the teacher and they don’t get any teacher’s recommendations.

Student – it’s a person who gets feedback but can’t open the course lessons on their own. The access will be granted by the teacher after the home assignment is approved.

That’s it – you can proceed to checkout and start learning!

If there are no available seats on the course, you can click the ‘Add to favorites’ button. When there are available seats or some special offer starts, the information will be sent out to emails of the users who have added the course or masterclass to their wishlist.
I’ve purchased a video lesson / marathon at the website for the first time. Where can I watch it? Will it be sent to my email or should I look for it on the website?
Lessons are available in your account on our website immediately (except for marathons and live streams, for which, dates when the lessons are open are stated on the page of your purchase). Here is what you need to do in order to watch videos:

Are there any free courses and masterclasses on Enterclass?
There is a free lesson from almost every expert (maybe even more than one, for example, Watercolor: rivers, mountains, trees, a free masterclass by Sergey Kurbatov), which can be watched by any registered user. There’s a link to the permanent selection of free lessons on the main page of the website.

If a person has just come to the website and wants to examine it, they can watch a video about the teacher / study program at the course or masterclass page. You don’t need to be registered for that.

Also, from time to time there are free live streams of masterclasses by artists, marathons, promo offers, during which there might be discounts and promocodes for video courses and masterclasses (sometimes the price might drop to a symbolic one).
What are the timeframes for expert’s revisions of home assignments?
A home assignment might get reviewed either instantly or withing two to three days. Enterclass experts are very responsible with their duties, so, when necessary, they might ask you to finalize or do over the home assignment, and they will make sure to explain what and how you should do to improve it.
I don’t have the opportunity to attend online courses now, but later I’m planning to come to study. How can I know about the next registration to the group?
If there are no available seats on the course for now, but you’re interested in it, you should register at the website and add the course to your favorites. When there are available seats or some special offer starts, the information will be sent out to emails of the users who have added the course or masterclass to their wishlist.

What is the difference between an attendee and a student of a course or a masterclass?
There are courses where you can choose whether you want to be an attendee or a student. Price varies slightly. How do you understand what suits you best?

A student is a person who presents their home assignments to the expert and gets feedback. Sometimes they will need to do over the home assignment. The next lesson will be opened by the teacher, a student is not able to skip a lesson or open them on their own. Also, a student communicates with their peers in a closed Facebook group, where they can ask for advice regarding supplies or techniques, compare their works to other’s, talk to the people who are further into the course or have already completed it, use the reference photos from the albums to create their own works, etc.

An attendee is a person who doesn’t get feedback and doesn’t hand in any home assignments. They can open the lessons on their own, being able to open all of them at once and use them in any order. They are more independent in their study, but, at the same time, their study is uncontrolled, so in case they don’t understand something, nobody is going to correct them.

So, for example, for a beginner artist or for somebody who’s just getting started with watercolors, it’s better to choose to be a student. For someone who has been painting professionally for a long time, but wants to learn specific watercolor techniques and tricks or how to paint a specific subjects (e.g. snow, clouds, etc.), being ‘An attendee’ will work.
Do the experts give live watercolor masterclasses or plein air sessions? How can I know the time and place to take part in them?
Yes, we have organized the masterclasses by both Russian artists, such as Ilya Ibryaev, Sergey Kurbatov, Anna Ivanova, and foreign artists, such as David Chauvin. They have been held in our studio in Moscow. In the ‘Creative Work’ section, there is a separate subsection ‘Live masterclasses’, where you can see if there’s anything planned for the nearest future.

Also, information on ‘live’ masterclasses, training and plein airs gets posted to closed groups, where the students are already studying with the expert. Such events allow them to meet each other and the expert in person and improve their contact with each other, thus increasing the quality of their study.

Also, information on the time and place for live masterclasses, plein airs, trainings and seminars is published in our groups in social media.

Also, you can register on the website and add the course you’re interested in to your favorites. If there are any new offers regarding both online and ‘live’ masterclasses, you’ll get an email.
I’m not registered on Facebook. Is it mandatory to register and partake in the closed group for the students?
Of course, you can study without participating in the closed group, but the study process might become less comfortable and productive since it’s going to boil down to ‘I’ve watched the video’ – ‘I’ve done the assignment’ – ‘I’ve received the feedback’.

Closed group provides more opportunities for quality learning, since there:

• A common information space is created. Not only do students share their experience and thoughts on the lessons, but they also share their insights and findings, new reference photos for different subjects, information about the quality of materials (paper, paints, etc.) they use, discuss the matters of combination of different watercolor techniques and materials, etc. The teacher is also there with additional comments, answers to the students’ questions, thoughts on the issues being discussed.
• There is a zone for current development. In these groups, there are people who have just started studying, students who are in the middle of their study, and beginner artists who have already completed the course, so the direction where we’re going to is clear. Many students post their personal works using the techniques covered in the course, works from other masterclasses of the teacher, arrange for joint plein airs, etc.
• You can follow the dynamics of study. In relation to every class, there are home assignments of different students, which allows you to compare your works, to see dynamics of the study of a specific student and your own
• Information about new masterclasses or courses, special offers and promocodes is published in the closed group first
• There’s an opportunity to connect to support team of the website in a prompt manner and solve any issue in a matter of minutes
• The student can ask all their peers and the teacher any questions, ask for their advice regarding difficult issues

If you really want to maximize the quality of your study, it’s better to register and be involved in the group information and educational space. Registration on Facebook is free and after the course is over, you can just delete your account if you no longer need it.
I don’t use Facebook. Are there groups for the students in other social media?
There are Enterclass informational platforms in other social media.
If all the course lessons have been completed in a shorter period, will the access to the course be closed? Or will I be able to go through the lessons once again?
The majority of our courses are made available for indefinite time. If your course is limited in time (marathon, live stream), you still can watch it multiple times during the fixed period. When necessary, you can extend the access to the videos or buy the indefinite access in the first place.
Will the students be expelled from the closed Facebook groups after the study is over?
No, our students leave the group on their own if they want to. But more often than not, they stay as here they’re able to be the first to see the news, announcements of new courses and plein airs, promocodes for discounts to buy new masterclasses, or just discuss the topics of their choice.
Why is it not stated that the registration is mandatory? It says that the lessons are in the personal account, but I haven’t registered yet.
It’s up to you whether to register on our website separately or not. When paying for any course or masterclass, you’ll need to enter your email address, and the personal account will be created automatically and it will be linked to that email.

Immediately, you’ll get an email confirming registration and later, an email confirming the purchase (where there’ll be all the details). Sometimes these emails go to spam and the person might have no idea that they’ve been registered.

In that case, all you have to do, is log into the website, click the ‘Account’ button and the ‘Forgot the password’ button, enter your email (being the login to your account) and recover your password.

After that you’ll be able to log in and study.

NB! If you’ve already been registered or paying in the cart, please enter the valid email. To this email, we’ll be sending you promocodes, information on awards and different discounts. Also, make sure you use the same email when making different purchases, to avoid creating duplicates of your accounts and being confused as to where everything is.
If you buy a masterclass or a course as a gift or by somebody’s request, you’ll need to enter the email of the person who’s going to use the course, not yours!

Why can't I open the video course?
There could be several different reasons why a video course is not available:

• The new lesson is not available because the home assignment after the previous class hasn’t been approved by the teacher yet. Lessons are not made available automatically, the expert has to do that manually. If the home assignment has been approved, the lesson will be made available. If the home assignment needs some refinement, the lesson will be available only after you’ve done all the homework.
• The time for study has expired
• Technical issues

In any case, you can email to support@enterclass.con and solve the issue in question. Also, if the student is sick or planning to leave for several weeks when they won’t be able to study, they can notify the support team of the fact, so that they can freeze the access and extend it later.
What do I do if I can’t attach the home assignment?
Please write to support@enterclass.com describing your problem, your name and phone number. Technical support team will figure it out why you can’t attach the home assignment and tell you what you should do.
What do I do if the home assignment has been sent to the teacher, but there’s no reply?
Home assignments don’t get reviewed immediately. A course includes the time for both doing the work itself and for waiting for feedback and, when necessary, to redo the assignment with reference to the expert’s comments. Enterclass experts are very responsible with their duties, so, when necessary, they might ask you to finalize or do over the home assignment and they will make sure to explain what and how you should do to improve it. A home assignment might get reviewed either instantly or withing two to three days.

If there’s no reply from the expert for long, you can ask them directly in the closed group for this course, where students and the expert are communicating, or email to support@enterclass.com.
Where should I ask / answer expert’s follow-up questions to get answer quickly?
Any questions regarding lessons (even previous ones!) should be asked in the current lesson and attached to the current home assignment. A teacher doesn’t go to the classes that have already been accepted, so they won’t be able to see any new questions published there.

Also, there are closed groups in social media (a separate group for every course) where the teacher and students communicate. Sometimes, it’s possible to get your question answered within a couple of minutes.
The video is being streamed terribly: I have to constantly reload the page. Today, it has refused to load completely. What do I do?
The issue in question says that chances are, the Internet connection is quite weak, since the art video is usually uploaded in rather large files. You can decrease the quality of the video. Naked eye won’t see the difference, but your computer will instantly get happier.

Here is how you can do it. In the right-hand lower corner of a video there’s a ‘gear’ button. When clicking it, you’ll see a menu where you can change the video resolution.

Also, issues with video playback can happen due to the following reasons:
- If the browser or video player in it are out of date;
- Some error in cash

In this case, clearing out your cash or downloading updates for the browser and player should be enough. You can do it even in an easier way – use a different browser.
