1. Type of your card
2. Number of your card
3. Validity term of your card (it’s stated on the reverse side of the card)
4. Holder’s name (using Latin alphabet, in the exact same way as it’s stated on the card)
5. CVC2/CVV2 code.

3. Always have at hand a phone number to call to the bank issuing your card. In case it’s lost, immediately call the bank.
4. Enter card details only when making a purchase. Never disclose them for any other reason.

REFUSAL TO ACCEPT THE SERVICE

The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is governed by Article 32 of the Federal Law ‘On Consumer Protection Act’.
• A consumer may terminate the service agreement at any time, having paid to the contractor the portion of the price pro share of the service provided until the notice of termination of the said agreement has been received, and having compensated the contractor for any expenses incurred by him up for the purpose of performing of the agreement until the said moment, when such expenses are not included in the said portion of the price of the service;
• When identifying any defects in the service provided, a consumer may, at their discretion, request that:
o Defects be eliminated free of charge; or
o The price be decreased respectively; or
o Expenses incurred by them due to eliminating of the said defects by their own efforts or by the third parties be compensated.
• A consumer may present any claims related to the defects of the service being provided, when they are identified during the warranty period, or, when there’s none, during a reasonable period of two years following the day of acceptance of the service provided;
• The contractor shall be liable for any defects of the service, for which there’s no fixed warranty period, if the consumer proves that they had occurred before it was accepted or due to the reasons occurred theretofore.
